Using Crossword Rally
Crossword Rally is a browser-based crossword game. You may play available guest content without an account and may create an account for features such as saved progress. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with other players or the service.
Puzzles, tokens and optional features
Some puzzles are free and some optional puzzles or features may require in-game Tokens. Tokens, Treasure Keys, points and other game rewards are virtual game items. They have no cash value, are not currency, and cannot be redeemed for money. Prices, availability and reward rules shown in the game may change as Crossword Rally evolves.
Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Do not attempt to access another player’s account, impersonate another person, manipulate rankings, exploit rewards or evade technical limits intended to keep play fair.
Acceptable use
You may not disrupt the service, probe or bypass security controls, use automated systems to overload the service, extract private player information, obtain hidden solution data, manipulate scores or rewards, or reproduce substantial parts of Crossword Rally in violation of applicable law or our intellectual-property rights.
Intellectual property
Crossword Rally branding, original game design, artwork, text and original puzzle content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners. Permission to play the game does not transfer ownership of Crossword Rally content or branding.
AI and assistant integrations
Crossword Rally may provide read-only integrations for AI assistants that help users find public puzzles and open them in Crossword Rally. These integrations may return public puzzle metadata and links, but they do not grant the assistant access to private player accounts, balances, saved progress or crossword solutions. Your use of an external AI service is also subject to that service’s own terms and policies.
Third-party services
Authentication, hosting, payment, advertising or AI-assistant services may be provided by third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. Crossword Rally is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, remove or replace features, puzzles, prices, rewards or integrations as the product evolves. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Disclaimer and limitation
Crossword Rally is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Promotional Merchandising Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Our Privacy Policy explains what information Crossword Rally collects and how it is used.
